How can I fill out a complaint

What documentation do I need and where can I send the product to be fixed?

Provide the receipt and the number of your order. If send the product by mail, please write down what needs to be repaired and include your contact information.

What to keep in mind while sending the package:

1. Select appropriate thickness of the box for the product. If you are sending the good in the original box, please check for any box damages

2. If you are sending more products in the box, separate them with the impact resistant material from the bottom, sides and the top. You can use any appropriate material of your choice.

4. Place your receipt or the number of the order into the box.

5. Lastly, tape the box in the H shape, to ensure that nobody opens it up
